Staying Present with Discomfort All of us experience physical discomfort sometimes, whether temporary soreness or long standing pain. With practice, meditation can be a greatly beneficial tool for pain management. This lesson focuses on staying present in the moment when there is discomfort, creating space, using mindfulness techniques, to remain gently present with the experience of discomfort, opening to greater ease and acceptance.
