Welcome to this Quiet Lotus meditation course and welcome to this first lesson!

The essence of meditation is very simple, the simple practice of being present in the moment. This first lesson is a gentle introduction to becoming present in the moment, using the mind's natural curiosity to engage in the experiences of the moment to enter a meditative state.
