Loving Kindness As we meditate regularly we become more open - the practice of meditation is like a plough that gently tills the soil within us with acceptance. This fifth and final lesson is an introduction to the practice of loving kindness, the practice of sowing seeds of compassion in that freshly tilled soil, growing love and kindness there for ourselves and for others.
